Matthew Coxhill is a business development professional, with successful careers in Aquaculture and Publishing.

When involved in Aquaculture, he held farm managerial roles in the UK, South Africa, and Australia, and specialised in all-female and triploid trout ova production and export. He also assisted in the resolution of disputes between government authorities and farm owners, here and overseas.

In Publishing Matthew spent 12 years with Australia's largest publisher of educational resources - Pearson Education Australia. In this time he held the roles of of sales rep, acquisitions editor, publisher, divisional general manager, and specialist publisher, and published some of the highest selling vocational textbooks in the country, across a range of subject areas. He has liaised at an international level, and has resolved numerous disputes between authors and between authors and the publisher.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science (Zoology and Marine Sciences), is a qualified Assessor and Workplace Trainer, and is an Accredited Mediator.
